City of Kingsland Congratulates Captain Kevin Foster on His Retirement
(Kingsland, GA – September 2025) The City of Kingsland proudly announces the retirement of Captain Kevin Foster, whose 35 years of dedicated service have made a lasting impact on the Kingsland Fire Department and the community. Captain Foster’s official retirement date is October 1, 2025.
Captain Foster began his career with the Kingsland Fire Department in 1990 as a volunteer firefighter. For 14 years, he served in a volunteer capacity before transitioning to a full-time role in 2004. Over the past 21 years as a career firefighter, Captain Foster has consistently demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to protecting the lives and property of Kingsland’s citizens.
Throughout his 35 years of combined volunteer and career service, Captain Foster has been a valued mentor to fellow firefighters, a trusted leader on emergency calls, and a respected representative of the Kingsland Fire Department. His contributions leave a legacy of dedication and community service that will be remembered for years to come.
