SOUTHERN FLAVOR MEETS SMALL-TOWN FUN:
The Kingsland Catfish Festival Returns November 21–22 With Headliner Craig Campbell And a New Friday Night Street Party

KINGSLAND, Ga. (Oct. 27, 2025) — Nothing says low-country celebration like crispy catfish, live country music, and the warmth of Southern hospitality—and this November, Kingsland is serving it all up with a smile. The 42nd Annual Kingsland Catfish Festival, presented by TDS Telecom, returns Friday and Saturday, Nov. 21–22, bringing two days of family fun, music, and mouthwatering flavor to historic downtown Kingsland.

“The Kingsland Catfish Festival is more than just a community tradition — it’s a celebration of who we are,” said Kingsland Mayor Grayson Day. “For more than four decades, this event has brought families, friends, and visitors together to enjoy great food, great music, and the small-town hospitality that makes Kingsland so special. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another fantastic year.”

This year’s festival kicks off with an all-new Friday Night Street Party from 5:30 to 8 p.m., where a live DJ, local vendors, and community activities will set the perfect tone for the weekend ahead.

Then on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., the full festival experience unfolds—featuring more than 200 arts, crafts, and food vendors, a children’s amusement area, and the ever-popular Catfish Festival Parade, stepping off at 10 a.m. and winding through the streets of historic downtown Kingsland.

Early birds can start the day with the Kingsland Lions Club Pancake Breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m., followed at 11 a.m. by the festival’s famous Catfish Dinners, served hot and fresh all day long (or until they’re gone!). Festivalgoers will find everything from local seafood and Southern comfort food to sweet treats and refreshing beverages. Beer and wine will be available exclusively from Outerbanks Bar & Grill.

Music lovers are in for a treat, too. Taking the festival stage at 11 a.m., perennial favorites The Saltwater Gypseas will get the crowd moving with their signature “rockin’ country vibes.” Country music singer-songwriter Craig Campbell will headline the festival at 1:30 p.m., followed by Jacksonville-based band STR8UP at 3:30 p.m., closing out the event with high-energy, danceable hits.

Recognized four times by the Southeast Tourism Society as a Top 20 Event and three times by the American Bus Association as a Top 100 Event in North America, the Kingsland Catfish Festival continues to attract visitors from across the Southeast and beyond.

Located just three miles from the Georgia-Florida border and 25 miles north of Jacksonville, Kingsland is an ideal weekend getaway for families, food lovers, and festivalgoers alike. Admission is free, and all are welcome.
