Establishing Utility Service

Application Process

Residential Accounts 

• A valid photo ID
• A refundable deposit of $100
• A rental agreement and/or a closing settlement statement
• Completed and signed Water Service Application (PDF)
• Checking Auto-Draft Sign-Up Form (PDF)

Deposit Information

A $100 security deposit is required for residential accounts at the time of application and cannot be waived

Commercial Accounts

• A valid photo ID
• A refundable deposit starting at $125 (based on account type)
• A valid business license (required before application)
• Completed and signed Water Service Application (PDF)
• Cleaning Service Application (PDF)

Accounts unpaid 15 days after the bill due date are subject to service disconnection.

An administrative fee of $25 will be added to each account on the cut-off list.
