• Planning Administration and Enforcement
  Oversees land use planning, development review, and ensures compliance with local plans and policies.

• Zoning and Subdivision Regulation
  Administers and enforces the City’s zoning ordinance and subdivision code to guide orderly development.

• Alcohol Licensing
  Processes and manages alcohol license applications in accordance with city and state regulations.

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  Maintains and provides access to spatial data, including zoning maps, parcels, addressing, and utility layers.

• Code Enforcement
  Ensures compliance with city ordinances related to property maintenance, nuisances, and land use.

• Street Naming and Addressing
  Assigns and manages official addresses and street names for new development and changes.

• Floodplain Management
  Provides information related to FEMA’s Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), including flood zone determinations and elevation requirements.

• City Cemetery Management
  Assists with the sale and recordkeeping of cemetery plots within the City of Kingsland
