The City of Kingsland is soliciting a Request for Proposals to qualified construction contractors for the Roof Replacement at our building located at 595 S. Grove Blvd., Kingsland, GA.  Specifications for this project are included in this Request. It is important for the City to be able to procure bid proposals from qualified contractors who have the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance.   

The scope of work provided are intended to be restrictive and is presented as the representative of the type and quality of work sought.  Vendors are encouraged to respond with the intent of the scope of work described herein.

The City of Kingsland reserves the right, at any time, to modify, waive, or otherwise vary the terms and conditions of this RFP including, but not limited to, the deadlines for submissions and submission requirements.   The City further reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to cancel or withdraw this RFP at any time and to negotiate with any party prior to or after submittal of proposals.   Selection is also dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable contract with the successful proposers.
