Veterans Day Holiday Closing Notice 2022
The City of Kingsland would like to express our deep gratitude to all our military men and women, past and present, for their brave and selfless service. We truly appreciate the extraordinary sacrifices you and your families have made on our behalf in the name of freedom, liberty and peace. To all veterans and active duty service members around the world, our heartfelt thank you for your service. Happy Veterans Day!
The City of Kingsland will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2022 in observance of Veterans Day
• The sanitation department will be running their normal schedule
• Employees in essential operational positions will continue on their normal schedule during the holiday
The Annual Veterans Day Parade & Ceremony, has been cancelled due to the incoming storm.
