Public Notice: The City of Kingsland Offices Closed September 3, 2021

Following the lead of Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, The City of Kingsland is closing government offices on Friday, September 3, 2021. This day serves as an opportunity for City government employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. Independently, Camden County Schools, as well as other local governments in our community, are also closed on Friday, September 3, 2021, for this purpose.

The City of Kingsland residents is urged to talk to their medical providers about receiving a COVID-19 vaccine. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) currently categorizes Camden County as having a high community transmission rate. To find a local vaccine provider, visit https://www.vaccines.gov/search, or https://www.gachd.org/vaccine. Additional vaccine opportunities are available through Southeast Georgia Health System.

Kingsland offices are closed on Monday, September 6, 2021, for Labor Day and will re-open with regular hours on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
