The Georgia Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program for single-family homes establishes policies for the Georgia Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (HRRP).
The HRRP is offered under Georgia’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program which aids persons impacted by two January 2017 Tornado events and Hurricane Irma occurring in September 2017.
