Water Utility Bills: Processing & Credit Card Fees Temporarily Waived For Online And Phone Payments
As we continue to monitor and work closely with local healthcare providers, local government officials, and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we are taking precautions and making every effort to minimize in person contact to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
Due to the heightened concerns we are currently facing with COVID-19, utility customers are encouraged to utilize the online payment center and phone payment options. The City of Kingsland will temporarily waive online and phone payment fees for the next 30 days effective March 16, 2020 - April 15, 2020. Kingsland utility payments can be made online at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/kingslandga or by calling 1-866-231-1537.
All city payments may continue to be placed in droboxes located at the Kingsland Municipal Services Building and the Kingsland Welcome Center. If necessary, cash payments will only be accepted at the Kingsland Municipal Services Building.
