INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE DECLARED FOR CAMDEN COUNTY
Camden County is now part of a federally declared disaster and residents may be eligible for assistance. Visit DisasterAssistance.gov to begin applying for FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency Individual Assistance. The online registration process will take 18-20 minutes. Please note that the FEMA Code for Georgia Hurricane Irma is DR-4338. If you need further information or assistance: Call the FEMA Helpline at 1-800-621-FEMA (1-800-621-3362). This number is also for users of 711 or Video Relay Service (VRS). TTY users can call 1-800-462-7585. Helpline services are available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET.

As a result of numerous ongoing federal disaster response and recovery operations, FEMA is implementing two new Individual Assistance home inspection processes designed to expedite the federal assistance process for disaster survivors.
