FEMA: Camden County Eligible For FEMA Assistance
Camden County is now part of a federally declared disaster and residents may be eligible for assistance. Camden County is working together with FEMA to bring disaster support assistance to impacted residents. FEMA teams will travel to affected areas and work individually with residents needing assistance. ALL FEMA STAFF WILL WEAR OFFICIAL BADGES.
Visit DisasterAssistance.gov to begin applying for FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency Individual Assistance. The online registration process will take 18-20 minutes. Wind and extraordinary rainfall in most neighborhoods caused wide spread power outages and flooding in all of Camden County. City and county officials are currently assessing the needs and number of residents with severe and immediate temporary housing needs. Point of Distribution (POD)
At this time, we are not aware of any existing Point of Distribution (PODs) locations for Camden County. All available supplies have been distributed. We will update this page if more locations and supplies are made available. The City of Kingsland would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Georgia Air National Guard for their help and support.
